Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this Performance Tool LED Work Light and USB Power Bank. It's a lithium battery, lithium ion, rather, and it's rated at 1500 lumens. Now with this, the work light produces, both area and directional light, so you can get the full picture. So, as you can see, there's one diode here on the top lens. These bottom two have eight diodes inside of them.
(light knocking on surface) These are one-inch round diameter on the diodes. Some quick dimensions where we're going over dimensions, a height with the tripod open, just to the top here, I got about 10 and three-eighth inches tall. A width on the whole light assembly was right at two inches wide. (ruler tapping surface) and this tripod can actually fold up. So, these kind of curve in and they come together.
And if it was as straight as possible and I had that hook folded down on an overall length, I got right at 12 and a quarter inches long, front to back. So, again, that's some quick dimensions. So, why I got it folded up, again, you've got a nice handle here. It's got ergonomically pleasing rubber handle inserts, overlays here rather. And that's gonna make it nice.
So, if I'm holding this, I need to hold it at an angle or something and I wanna light up my surface. Now, I can hold it directionally and do my thing. And if I push it again, it goes from one diode to the bottom two, then just the middle, (light clicking) then just the top, and then finally off. And as you saw, I can spin this head and rotate it all the way around 360. And that includes why I have it, you know, spun up or down this way.
So, very, very versatile light. I'm pretty impressed with it. It's very rugged. You've got your power bank here, it is rechargeable. And also to top things off the base is magnetic. (light knocking surface) So, if you had metal you could hang it from a metal, maybe a hood of the vehicle or something and then direction it down to see inside of the hood, engine compartment rather or whatnot. And, of course, you've got the hook here on the top (light clicking) for just hanging it. And on the back when the power is on, you can see the little blue lights light up, that tells me how much charge I have on the battery. Then when I finally turn it off, those lights go away. So, very nice design. And once again, I can simply pull apart these back two legs. They curve open or kind of like fold sideways, open. (light rattling and knocking) And now I've got my tripod. So, let's go ahead and turn this on and dim the overhead lights. Keep in mind, sometimes these cameras and the refresh rates, they just can't quite pick up the LED stuff fast enough. So, if you see any kind of strobe, and I apologize, it's not intentional. So, a nice white light (light clicks) and there's just the bottom two and then just the middle and finally the top. So, again, the tops gonna be like a spot kinda light, if you will. (light scraping surface) And let's go ahead and zoom out and kind of go through 'em again. It's gonna shut off here. Alright, back on. We got all three (light hitting surface) and then just the bottom two, (light clicking) just the middle, just the top. And let's turn around and go through the same thing on the wall and the tabletop here, so, pretty bright. (light clicks) And there we have it. So, I'll turn the overhead lights back on. So, it's gonna put out 1,527 lumens on high setting, 505 lumens on the low. It can run six and a half hours on the high setting with all three lights on. And it can run 18 hours with just that top light low setting on. So, again, it has that rechargeable bank with the included cable so you can charge a phone or something of that nature if you need to as well. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just a neat little cool light today. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
